Provide solar radiation monitoring stations for long term ( >10 years ) monitoring of solar radiation in remote and harsh locations in News South Wales and Victoria ( Australia ). The data to be available in near real time in both chart and csv format. The csv format was required so that external project could undertake additional complex data analysis.
Sites included Moree, Manildra, Nygan, Captains Flat in New South Wales and Red Cliffs western Victoria.

Solar stations comprised of Cloudlink 1 modem connected to NRIE X Tech data recorder.
Solar radiation sensor used was the Kipp and Zonan CMP 10 pyranometer
Vaisala ( www.vaisala.com ) weather sensors measuring wind speed, wind direction and rainfall.
